Ingredients:
2 garden-fresh cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Redmond's Real salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

Directions:
Using a mandoline slicer, carefully thinly slice the cucumbers to achieve uniform, delicate rounds. Then slice the red onion using the mandoline slicer. Add to bowl.
